ASIEL Vision

ASIEL is a product of ALEN SARL, a dynamic company operating globally in the fields of management, negotiation and commerce.
Keen to adapt to the demands of today’s world, the company has launched the ambitious ASIEL’ project. The aim of this service is to highlight the businesses and, above all, the treasures of Cameroon. Through its platform, the company intends to promote the companies and businesses in our environment by highlighting any commercial enterprise whose values have been verified. These values must be in line with a community vision, an aspiration to expand validly on the national or even international market, and effective social responsibility.

The reasons for creation

Concerned with finding new solutions to improve the country’s economic dynamic, we have carried out studies and observations that have led us to highlight the following facts:
– Difficulty of access to shops and failure to meet deadlines;
– The large and growing quantities of imported products (in all categories), often due to poor communication about the products on offer locally (resulting in a significant outflow of funds, which is costing our economy by not keeping pace);
– The great challenge of distribution channels faced by the vast majority of entrepreneurs, which is closely linked to the lack of visibility and the phenomenon of being the first to appreciate products offered to us from abroad;
– The disappearance or bankruptcy of local businesses after the first few years, due to a lack of commercial strategies specific to our context and a lack of encouragement from our populations;
– The phenomenon of digitalization of all the tools needed for daily tasks, forcing entrepreneurs to seek out customers and consumers where they now spend most of their time: the Internet / their telephones or electronic devices.

C’est ainsi que ASIEL sera pensé et conçu par nous pour offrir à notre environnement une expérience de e-market et de livraisons purement professionnels et flexibles. Il se déploie alors dans les différents services que sont :

  • ASIEL e-market ayant pour but de répondre aux divers besoins des consommateurs tout en faisant la promotion des producteurs et des entrepreneurs locaux. L’application permettra aux clients de procéder à leurs achats en toute sérénité avec la sélection et la constitution faciles de leurs paniers, l’enregistrement et le suivi en toute transparence de leurs commandes.
  • ASIEL delivery (Livraison standard) qui est indépendant du e-market et vous permet d’acheminer vos commandes et colis constitués sur le e-market ou pas, jusqu’à vous. Ici nous offrons un service de livraison standard (à partir de 4 heures après la commande)
  • SUPER ASIEL (Livraison Express) qui lui non plus n’est pas conditionné par l’achat sur l’application. Ce service vous donne droit à une livraison qui répond parfaitement à vos besoins urgents avec des délais beaucoup plus courts que ceux du service classique

The partnership between ASIEL and local entrepreneurs or producers is a mutually beneficial collaboration that aims to unite efforts to find a balance between effective demand and the supply we provide. ASIEL’ then undertakes to work hand in hand with these local players by gathering customer feedback on proceeds and products, enabling our partners to constantly improve the effectiveness of their products/services, thus ensuring optimized customer satisfaction.

Before signing a partnership agreement, we carry out a survey using a detailed form designed to help us get to know our potential partner, its objectives and its organizational and contextual challenges. This is followed by a meeting to define the scope of our partnership, whether in terms of relay services between customers and our partner (sales, deliveries, evaluations and suggestions) or structural support (marketing strategy, stock management, organization and staff training).
